Shipping Policy
1. We currently only ship to selected countries and areas in the world. As long as you can make a purchase on our website with your address, then your location is within our shipping zone.
2. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent once you place the order.
3. We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-4 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking/perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season. If you order contains Pre-Order items, then it may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship out your order.
4. As long as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
 
Note:
1. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.
2. All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS and other carriers, depending on your location.
3. Shipping duration may vary depending on your area and custom policies. Please expect a maximum of 20 business days for your orders to be received, although it usually takes 7-15 business days, considering no unusual delay with the custom.
4. Usually, we try to have all your items shipped together. Despite that, we may choose to split your order to ensure you get it sooner. If that happens, you'll get a separate tracking number for every package.
 
Return Policy
1. You may return the product only if there is a quality issue with the products or you may exchange for a different size regarding the same product you purchased (please contact us to see if a different size is in stock).
2. A return must be requested within 30 days, starting from the day the item is delivered. The cost for the return shipping shall be paid by you and the cost will not be refunded.
3. Merchandise must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unused, unwashed, all tags attached).
4. If your order is eligible for a return, please reach out to [email protected] providing the order number.
5. Please return your package within 7 days once you receive the return address by email. In case of special circumstances, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, your return requests will not be accepted.
 
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Refunds are only available if items are out of stock, or Issue with quality of products. A refund can be claimed only if products are found damaged prior any usage and must be unused and in the same condition received.
Once we receive your item, inspection and notification of receive will be noticed. Immediate notification will be sent out on the status of your refund after inspection of the item.
2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchange, like close-fitting apparel (such as underwear, swimwear, socks and under-layer), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials,flammable liquids,or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
